I am passionate about helping people create big changes in their lives by consistently executing mini, micro actions that make them happy.  My key to success has been my dedication to human potential development and building high performance teams. Wanting team members to be happy with their jobs, I helped them identify and leverage their unique strengths, increase their emotional fitness and then, apply best in class business practices.

Having worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years in roles spanning across multiple verticals including:

  • claims and service,
  • medical management,
  • information technology,
  • project management,
  • diversity, equity & inclusion
  • employee engagement

I am experienced in achieving self-care and performing as a high-performance leader while under stress.  This is what  I believe gives credibility to my happiness, resilience and meditation coaching and workshops. I no longer believe that the struggle is real, it is a choice.

Education / Training

Cheree has a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from University College at the University of Maryland, an MBA from Loyola University, and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

She received training in the UPENN Resiliency program which is taught to every U.S. Army soldier due to its impact in lowering the incidence of PTSD, fostering longevity, strengthening relationships, bolstering the immune system, and generally, improving overall well-being.

She has a master coach certification from the World Coaching Institute, an MBSR mindfulness teaching qualification from the UMass Oasis Institute, and a certification in Social Emotional Intelligence.  Cheree is also an Energy Tapping practitioner, a laughter yoga leader, a EYT-200 yoga teacher, a Max Strom Breathing Facilitator, and will be a Certified Forest Therapy guide on 11/1/23.
