Private Yoga Sessions

Yoga has so many benefits for the mind and body.  Whatever your past experience with yoga, I invite you to experience my introductory one-hour sessions where we explore the following:

Session Part A: Setting your intention or Sankalpa and breathing or pranayama.

Session Part B: Basic safety instruction prior to each move. What you should know before doing beginner poses.

Session Part C: Poses or Asanas that fit you not the other way around.  Translation: No pain ever.

Session Part D: Mindfulness meditation, small moments that deliver a wallop of benefits!
