How are your new year resolutions coming along? Congratulations if you have happily achieved your goals. If you haven’t have you asked yourself why not?

Did you have enough information?

You would think with the overwhelming amount of health, happiness, goals and success information that everyone would have achieved their optimal life by now. Clearly, vast volumes of data helps but it isn’t the sole answer.

Was having SMART goals the answer?

Traditional success programs focus on clear SMART goals, creating sub-goals and then scheduling actions to support those goals. This method works quite well if everything else in your life is wonderful. However, if you are also battling an emotional rollercoaster while living with life’s daily ups and downs, sticking to any kind of regime is near futile.

Did you have solid self-care regimen?

Having the energy and will power to take action is fed by appropriate self-care such as eating nutritiously, exercising, and resting. But what if self-care WAS one of your new year’s resolutions that failed? Hmm…

Emotional and Mental Health must come first.

Too many of us set ourselves up for failure by creating goals without first creating a resilient foundation to deal with normal life. To be successful, the absolute first intention must be to achieve emotional and mental fitness. Emotional fitness gives you the willpower, or resilient energy to keep going through good and bad days.

YOU come first.

The second goal is a solid self-care regimen. Self-care that is designed to raise your vibration gives you the ability to operate from your strongest mental, emotional, physical and spiritual foundation. Unfortunately, maintaining a self-care routine can often be just as difficult as any other goal acquisition which is why emotional and mental fitness must come first.

My coaching program integrates positive psychology, mindfulness meditation and yoga. It focuses on:

  1. Establishing a mental and emotional fitness practice. Feel Good & Have Positive Outlook on Life!
  2. Creating a mindset practice that is intrinsically motivated and impossible to fail  so you’re excited to embark upon your healthy self-care actions. Energized & Prepared for Whatever Happens!
  3. Adopting new health actions and practices that resonate with you and then level up as you grow. I Create My Reality So Why Not Make It Fabulous!
